Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds might be heading to the west according to Germany's USK. Though Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds released worldwide on Xbox 360, the PSVita version is only available in Japan. The game is a side-scrolling beat 'em up in which players play as deformed versions of characters from the Phantom Breaker series and you beat the shit of ninjas.
