During the PlayStation E3 press conference, Disney Infinity 2.0 was announced for the PS Vita and to be compatible with the PlayStation TV.
Disney Infinity 2.0 is an updated version of last years Disney Infinity 1.0. Disney Infinity is a sandbox game set across various Disney stories. Players place real-world interactive figures - characters, power discs and landmark pieces - on a device called the "Disney Infinity Base" to activate story-driven adventures in the game worlds.
Disney Infinity 2.0 will introduce the Marvel universe to the game along with 80 new Power Discs, and new features. The new features include team-ups, the level cap being raised to 20, and major improvements to the Toy Box gameplay, including procedurally generated brushes that build cities, race tracks, and more.
All of the characters, Power Discs, and Toy Boxes from Disney Infinity 1.0 are compatible with 2.0
