PlayStation Now Debuting on the PS Vita This Tuesday

Play PS3 games instantly on the PS Vita.

Announced in the upcoming PlayStation TV's Ultimate FAQ, PlayStation Now’s Open Beta is scheduled to launch this upcoming Tuesday October 14th in North America. This of course means that it will be launching on the PS Vita on the same day too!

PlayStation Now will have over 150 streamable PS3 games that includes awesome titles like God of War: Ascension, Killzone 3, Infamous, and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. You can see the whole library of games that are available on the service here. The list of games is growing almost every week.

To use PS Now make sure you have a steady broadband internet connection ranging between 5-12 Mbps. Also remember to close anything heavy on the network traffic to your experience better.

I tried out the closed beta a couple months ago on the PS4 and PS3; the experience was quite good. There was little to no lag and the games looked nice. It is definitely awesome to have the ability to play PS3 games on a handheld gaming console and I'm quite curious how well it will work on the PS Vita.
