If you are on the PS Vita you can watch it on the Nico Nico application or if you are on the PS4 you can download the PlayStation@E3 application (Both are available on the PlayStation Store.). Also the 3 days after the conference there will be the PlayStation LiveCast show which will feature gameplay demos, new trailers, and developer interviews.
