Fronts Wars is a Turn-Based Strategy game made by the Canadian game developer Homemade Games.
The game is currently available on Google Play and iOS for $3.99, with IAPs. The PlayStation Mobile version will run you $6.99, but there is not a single instance of an IAP in this version.
Front Wars will, as you may have well surmised from the picture above our heads, send you back into World War II as the commander of the Allied Forces to take on the German army. As one should expect, this setting means you'll be replaying famous battles that went on at the time such as the storied D-Day landings in Normandy. Battles like these will take place over the course of 26 different missions which you can play on any of three difficulties, the standard Easy/Medium/Hard lineup, that you'd wish to try your skills to best.
While there are 26 missions available to you now in the campaign mode, according the developer we can expect to see new missions added to the game very soon. There is no word at this moment on how many will be added or what exactly they pertain to, such as new historical battles being added, but details should be expected sooner rather than later.
While advancing through the campaign in Front Wars, you'll find a variety of units at your disposal for a total of 15. These will range from foot soldiers and tanks, like those above, along with planes and ships.
In addition to the campaign mode, you can take part in something seen very rarely, in my experience at least, in games found on the PlayStation Mobile store: Online Play!
Challenge your friends or random people in a no holds barred competition to be victorious.

If you're interested in Front Wars, but not willing to dive in at the current price point, you're in luck! The developer will be, in the coming days, placing a discount on the game to coincide with Black Friday. I don't know how much this discount will be, but if you can't wait to find out feel free to pester the official Front Wars Twitter account for the low down.
I'll be picking up my copy during the sale, what about you?
